PS section is done. All voltages and solder joints are spot on and would pass FAA avionics inspection. I did not worry about cleaning the solder joints or using conformal coat. Not much rosin to worry about. Other than the mechanical issue with the keyways on the pots preventing the shafts to be in line no problems. This is how P1 (prototype 1) works. Always gonna be bugs to work out. My review so far is 10 out of 10 on the design and very comprehensive procedure.

5W resistor assembly...I spaced the components with a piece of cardboard before soldering it all together. I am not sure how much heat that resistor might put out.
